摘  要:针对现有室内墙面装饰用胶黏剂存在长期释放甲醛、污染环境、危害人身健康等问题,评价了多种淀粉改性工艺技术的优劣,探讨了水相双重醚化交联湿法工艺一步合成胶联羧甲基羟丙基环保改性淀粉生产技术,消除了有机溶剂的污染,以氯乙酸钠代替氯乙酸,减少副反应。实际应用表明,产品质量稳定,绿色安全,流动性和成膜性能好,粘结力强。Aiming at the long-term formaldehyde emission,environmental pollution and health hazards of existing adhesives for interior wall decoration,the advantages and disadvantages of various starch modification technologies are evaluated.The production technology of one-step synthesis of environmental friendly modified starch with carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl in aqueous phase double etherification cross-linking wet process is discussed.The pollution of organic solvent is eliminated,replace chloroacetic acid with sodium chloroacetic acid for reducing adverse reaction.The practical application shows that the product has stable quality,green safety,good fluidity and film-forming performance,and strong adhesion.
