摘　　要：高职教育的人才培养目标是培养面向生产和管理一线的、以岗位所需的动手操作能力为主的高素质技术技能型人才。高职教育要设定人才培养规格、制定课程标准、实施人才培养方案,就需要把人才培养目标进行解析与重构。基于多年的教学研究与实践,对高职人才培养目标的解析与重构进行了探索,以某"双高计划"立项建设单位的机电技术类专业为例,阐明人才培养目标解析与重构的过程,并归纳出高职人才培养目标解析与重构的要素。The goal of talent training in higher vocational education is to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents oriented towards production and management and are based on the hands-on ability required by their positions.Higher vocational education needs to analyze and reconstruct the goal of talent training in order to set the personnel training specification,formulate the curriculum standard and implement the talent training plan.This paper makes a preliminary attempt to analyze and reconstruct the training goal of higher vocational talents,and suggested that the goal of talent training must be realized by analyzing and reconstructing the personnel training objectives.At the same time,taking the electromechanical technology specialty of a"Two World-level"project construction unit as an example,this paper demonstrates the process of analyzing and reconstructing the talent training goal,and summarizes the elements of analyzing and reconstructing the talent training objectives in higher vocational colleges.
