摘　　要：英联邦学习共同体十分重视对"农民终身学习"计划的机制设计及伙伴关系培养,并且制订了明确的目标和详细的规划措施。英联邦农民学习共同体的成功经验主要体现在四个方面:厘清了利益相关主体分类及错综复杂的关系,追求利益最大化;构建了健全的运行模式框架,促进了农民学习共同体各个组织之间的良性互动;利用社交媒体扩大了知识传播面;基于交互式学习形成了独特的课程范式转换方法。基于英联邦农民学习共同体的发展经验,主要在制订明确的发展目标和详细的规划措施这两方面对我国农民学院的发展路径提供了有益的借鉴。要促进我国农民学院的高速发展需建立职业农民学习平台,使学习者随时随地可学;应根据不同类型的农民,设置个性化的课程体系;建立完善的管理、合作、融资和评估机制,提高农民学院效率;创新学习方式,帮助农民树立终身学习理念。The Commonwealth of Learning attaches great importance to the mechanism design and partnership cultivation of the"Lifelong Learning for Farmers"program,and has formulated clear goals and detailed planning measures.The successful experience of the Commonwealth of Learning is mainly reflected in four aspects:clarified the classification of stakeholders and the intricate relationships to pursue the maximization of benefits,constructed a sound operating mode framework to promote the benign interaction among various organizations of the farmer learning community;used social media to expand the scope of knowledge dissemination;and formed a unique curriculum paradigm conversion method.The Commonwealth of Learning has provided a useful experience for the development path of China’s Farmer College in formulating clear development goals and detailed planning measures.To promote the rapid development of farmer colleges in China,it is necessary to establish a professional farmer learning platform so that learners can learn anytime and anywhere.At the same time,it is necessary to set up a personalized course system based on different farmers’type,to establish a sound mechanism of management,cooperation,financing and evaluation to improve the efficiency of farmers’colleges,and to innovate learning methods to help farmers establish the concept of lifelong learning.
