摘  要:柔性管理是管理科学的一个新领域,从思想到实践,从实践到科学,经历了漫长的历史过程,形成了自身的体系和范畴。立足于工程背景,从本体论、方法论和认识论的演化视界,解释工程柔性管理的形成逻辑,构建以形成逻辑为脉络的工程柔性管理框架体系:界定了工程柔性管理的内涵;提出工程柔性管理4个维度——缓冲能力、适应能力、创新能力以及协调能力;解释柔性管理的历史沿革;回答柔性管理的本质、原则和职能;厘清认识与实践逻辑;提出工程柔性管理的思维方法——模糊思维,结合唯物辩证法解决了工程柔性研究在“灰箱”与“黑箱”问题上的理论瓶颈。Flexible management is a new field in management sciences.From theory to practice,it has gone through a long historical process and formed its own system and scope.Based on the engineering background,from the perspectives of ontology,methodology and epistemology,this paper explained the formation logic of flexible management on which the flexible management framework system is based.The connotation of engineering flexible management was divided;the four dimensions of flexible engineering management was proposed,i.e.,buffering ability,adaptability,innovation ability,and coordination ability;the historical evolution of flexible management was presented;the essence,principles and functionalities of flexible management were answered;the perception and practical logic were clarified;the reflection method of engineering flexible management-fuzzy thinking-was proposed;and the Materialist theory was combined to solve the theoretical bottleneck of engineering flexibility research on the“gray box”and“black box”issues.
