摘  要:为解决恒力矩制动模式在矿井提升机制动过程中冲击过大、易导致事故的问题,对制动模式的结构原理进行分析,在不调整原有设备的基础上达到恒减速制动控制的目的。分析正常工况与紧急制动下相应电磁阀开闭状态,以提升机实际运行速度为指标,采用PID算法,对系统相关结构开展优化,按照恒减速策略对控制软件流程进行设计,最后通过模拟试验对制动效果进行检验。结果证明:恒减速制动模式可以确保提升机制动安全。To solve the overlarge impact and easiness of accident occurrence of the constant torque braking mode used for braking of the mine hoist,the paper analyzed the structure and principle of the braking mode so as to reach the goal of constant deceleration braking control based on non-adjustment of original equipments.It also analyzed the power on and off state of corresponding solenoids in normal operation mode and emergent braking mode.In addition,it took the actual operating velocity of the hoist as the index,and applied PID algorithm to optimize relevant structure of the system.Moreover,the paper designed the process flow of the control software according to constant deceleration strategy.Finally,simulated test was conducted to verify the braking effects.The results showed the constant deceleration braking mode guaranteed the braking security of the hoist.
