摘　　要：目的观察支架取栓术后亚低温治疗对急性大血管闭塞性缺血性脑卒中(AIS-LVO)患者血清S100β蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月潍坊市人民医院收治的AISLVO患者60例,采用随机单盲法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予以支架取栓术后联合局部亚低温治疗,对照组予以支架取栓治疗。采用重复测量资料的方差分析比较2组治疗前和治疗后1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15 d血清S100β蛋白含量,采用t检验比较2组治疗前及治疗后15 d美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的差异,采用χ^2检验比较2组治疗前Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分(ASPECTS)和治疗后15 d颅脑磁共振血管成像改良脑梗死溶栓分级(mTICI)的差异。结果治疗后1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15 d,2组血清S100β蛋白含量较治疗前均明显降低,治疗组血清S100β蛋白含量水平总体低于对照组(F=2030.805,P<0.001)。治疗前,治疗组NIHSS评分与对照组相比[(14.7±4.32)分vs(14.43±4.24)分],差异无统计学意义(t=0.241,P=0.810)。治疗15 d后,2组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组[(3.83±2.21)分vs(6.00±4.03)分],差异具有统计学意义(t=-2.579,P=0.013)。2组治疗前ASPECTS评分及治疗15 d后mTICI分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论支架取栓术后亚低温治疗AIS-LVO,能显著降低血清S100β蛋白水平、改善临床预后。Objective To evaluate the effect of mild hypothermia after stent-retrieval thrombectomy on expression of serum S100βprotein in patients with acute ischemic stroke secondary to large vessel occlusion.Methods Sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke secondary to large vessel occlusions(AIS-LVO),who were treated in Weifang People's Hospital between March 2018 and March 2020,were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to random single-blinda method.The treatment group was treated with Mild Hypothermia after stent-retrieval thrombectomy,while the control group was treated with stent-retrieval thrombectomy.The differences in expression level of serum S100βprotein before treatment and 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 days after treatment were compared between two groups by analysis of variance of repeated measures data.The differences in National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before treatment and 15 days after treatment were compared between two groups by t-test.The differences in Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score(ASPECTS)before treatment and the differences in Cerebral MRA mTICI perfusion classification 15 days after treatment were compared between two groups by t-test.Results The expression level of serum S100βprotein of two groups all significantly reduced on 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 days after treatment than before treatment.Serum S100βprotein concertration in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(F=2030.805,P<0.001).There was no statistical difference of the NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment[(14.7±4.32)vs(14.43±4.24),t=0.241,P=0.810].The NIHSS scores of two groups both significantly reduced on 15 day after treatment than that before treatment,and the NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower compared with the control group on 15 day after treatment[(3.83±2.21)vs(6.00±4.03),t=-2.579,P=0.013)].There was no statistical difference of the ASPECTS score between the two groups before treatment,and no statistical differe
