社区50岁以上人群眼健康筛查的结果分析

摘　　要：目的研究成都市金牛区50岁以上人群眼部健康状况,通过眼健康管理,提高慢性眼病的发现率、治疗率、治愈率。方法通过联合成都市各社区卫生服务中心开展的筛查体检,社区巡诊,由医院医生负责眼病的检查,对50岁以上人群建立眼健康档案,眼部检查包括视力,眼压,眼前节照相,免散瞳眼底照相。随机抽选2019年1月—2019年10月成都市4190例50岁以上人群的眼健康档案进行统计分析。结果发现视力异常2293例,老年性白内障(63.81%),眼表疾病(结膜炎6.65%、翼状胬肉3.38%、睑板腺功能障碍11.33%、角膜病4.55%),黄斑变性(7.42%),糖尿病性视网膜病变(13.1%),青光眼(1.09%),其中1594例糖尿病患者中出现眼底疾病的有916例。结论年龄相关性白内障和眼底病是引起中老年人群视力低常的主要眼病,尤其是有一些基础疾病的人,如糖尿病高血压,有发生眼病的高风险,通过科普筛查和宣教,建立眼健康档案,及早干预,有利于眼病的预防及早期治疗。Objective To study the eye health of people over 50 years old in Jinniu district,Chengdu.To improve the detection rate,treatment rate,and cure rate of chronic eye disease through eye health management.Methods Our hospital doctors in charge of the examination of eye diseases through the cooperation with various community health service centers in the city to carry out screening physical examination,community inspection.Establish eye health records for people over 50 years old.The eye examination includes visual acuity,intraocular pressure,slit lamp examination and non-mydriatic retinal photograph.From January 2019 to October 2019,4190 cases of eye health records of the aged over 50 years old were randomly selected for statistical analysis.Results 2293 cases of abnormal vision were found.age-related cataract(63.81%),ocular surface disease(conjunctivitis6.65%、pterygium3.38%、meibomian gland dysfunction11.33%、corneal disease4.55%),macular degeneration(7.42%),diabetic retinopathy(13.1%),glaucoma(1.09%),among the 1594 diabetic patients,916 had fundus diseases.Conclusion Age-related cataract and fundus disease are the main eye diseases that cause low vision in elderly people,especially the people with some basic diseases,such as diabetes and hypertension,These groups are at high risk for eye disease.It is beneficial to the prevention and early treatment of eye diseases by screening propaganda and education,establishing eye health records and early intervention.
