摘 要:目的探究临床微生物标本实验室检验不合格原因和优化措施。方法选取微生物检验标本500例,在我院于2016年12月—2019年12月进行实验室检验,严格检查其检验结果、复查结果、采集时间、外观状态,分析其不合格因素,并仔细记录好不合格微生物标本情况。结果不合格标本共46例(9.20%),其中包含粪便标本1例(1.14%),无菌体液3例(5.56%),血液2例(2.33%),尿液2例(2.02%),分泌物2例(2.67%),痰液36例(36.73%),占比最高的是痰液标本,较其他标本的不合格率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。条形码及标识错误、采血量不足、标本污染、送检不及时,以及取样操作不合格,均是造成微生物标本不合格的原因。结论针对微生物检验标本,分析实验室检验不合格原因,发现注意标本送检的时间、提高微生物标本取样操作规范性、注意条形码的正确性、防止标本污染,均能够实现对临床上检验标本不合格率的显著降低,并加快患者康复速度。Objective To explore the reasons and optimization measures for the unqualified laboratory test of clinical microbiological specimens.Methods 500 samples of microbiological test for clinical test in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected.The test results,reexamination results,collection time and appearance status were strictly checked,the unqualified factors were analyzed,and the unqualified microbiological samples were carefully recorded.Results 46 unqualified specimens(9.20%),including 1 fecal samples(1.14%),3 sterile body fluids(5.56%),2 blood samples(2.33%),2 urine samples(2.02%),2 secretions samples(2.67%),36 sputum samples(36.73%),and the highest unqualified rate was sputum samples,which was significantly higher than other samples,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Bar code and mark error,insufficient blood collection amount,sample pollution,untimely submission for inspection,and unqualified sampling operation were all the reasons for unqualified microbial samples.Conclusion In view of the microbiological test specimen,analyzing the causes of the unqualified laboratory test,it is found that paying attention to the time of sample submission,improving the standardization of microbiological sample sampling operation,paying attention to the correctness of bar code,and preventing sample pollution can significantly reduce the unqualified rate of the clinical test specimen,and accelerate the recovery of patients.
