ER、PR、CerbB-2与乳腺癌超声图像表现的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌彩色多谱勒超声图像的特征与生物学指标雌激素受体(Estrogen Receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(Progesterone Receptor,PR)、原癌基因(Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,CerbB-2)之间的表达相关性。方法对我院2017年6月1日—2019年12月31日手术病理学检查证实为乳腺癌的65例患者的彩色多谱勒超声图像和石蜡切片进行分析,分析ER、PR、CerbB-2与超声图像之间的关系。结果ER、PR、CerbB-2与肿瘤的大小、肿块纵横比无关(P>0.05);ER、PR表达与超声征象出现边缘毛刺征、边界不清且周边高回声晕征相关(P<0.05);CerbB-2表达与超声表现微钙化灶及血供情况相关(P<0.05)。结论分子生物学指标与乳腺癌超声表现存在一定的相关性,超声表现在一定程度上可提示乳腺癌的生物学动向,可为临床乳腺癌的诊断和选择治疗方案与评估预后提供相关依据。Objective To explore the relationship between the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound and the expression of estrogen receptor(Estrogen Receptor,ER),progesterone receptor(Progesterone Receptor,PR)and oncogene(CerbB-2)in breast cancer.Methods From June 1,2017 to December 31,2019,the color Doppler ultrasound images and paraffin sections of 65 patients with breast cancer confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed,the relationship between ER,PR,CerbB-2 and ultrasound images was analyzed.Results ER,PR,CerbB-2 were not related to the shape,size and aspect ratio of tumor(P>0.05).The expression of ER and PR was significantly correlated with edge burr sign,unclear border and hyperechoic halo sign(P<0.05).The expression of CerbB-2 was correlated with the presence of microcalcification and abundant blood supply(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between molecular biological indicators and ultrasound manifestations of breast cancer,Ultrasound findings may,to some extent,indicate the biological trends of breast cancer,it can provide relevant basis for the diagnosis,clinical selection of treatment scheme and evaluation of prognosis.
