摘　　要：创新创业教育已经成为了高等院校不可或缺的组成要素,创新工作室作为地方院校开展新工科教育改革的“试验田”,在新工科建设中发挥着重要作用。首先,提出“开放共享、知识前沿、行业应用和创新引领”的创新工作室构建目标;其次,提出“校政企行”四位一体驱动机制确保创新工作室可持续发展;再次,构建“一体两翼”的创新工作室运行及管理机制提升运行效果;最后,设计创新工作室的量化评价和激励机制加强考核和激励。创新工作室的运行实效为地方院校开展新工科教育改革提供借鉴。At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an indispensable constituent element of colleges and universities.Innovation studios,as a“test field”for local universities to carry out new engineering education reform,play an important role in the construction of new engineering.Firstly,we proposes the constructing goal of innovation studios that is“open and shared,knowledge frontiers,industry applications,and innovation leadership”.Secondly,we proposes a fourin-one driving mechanism of“school,government,enterprise,and business”to ensure the sustainable development of the innovation studios.Furthermore,the operation and management mechanism named“one body and two wings”of innovation studio is constructed to improve the operation effect;finally,the quantitative evaluation and incentive mechanisms of innovation studios are designed to strengthen the assessment and incentive.The actual operation results of innovation studios provide references for local universities to carry out the reform of new engineering education.
