摘 要:数字矿山建设主要集中在"安全、生产、管理"三大领域,但随着技术进步与持续发展要求,已逐步向节能降耗和环境保护方面拓展。锦界煤矿在整合生产控制系统和安全监测系统,实现统一数字控制平台的基础上,进一步将生产经营、物流管理、本安运行、资金管理、班组核算等业务过程数字化。通过数字信息资源系统加工和智能分析运用,实现生产要素的优化组合和资源的合理配置,有效保障经济效果、社会效益和生态环保的最大化,同时影响和改变了人们工作、生活和环保理念。最终实现资源管理数字化表达、技术装备智能化运用、管理决策科学化运行、煤矿开采环保化探索。The construction of digital mine originally focuses on the"operation","safety"and"management".However,following the technical progress and development requirements,the construction transfer gradually to energy conservation and emission reduction,and environmental protection.Based on the combination of operation control and safety monitoring system,and achieved the unite of digital control platform,Jinjie colliery digitize the production management,material control,intrinsically safety system,cash flow and human resource.According to the processing of digital information system and the application of the intelligent analysis,achieved the optimization of production factors and the scientific allocation of data resource,obtained economic,social and environmental benefits,as well as the improvement of workplace,living condition and environmental protection ideology.Finally,Jinjie colliery achieved the digitization of resource information,intelligentization of technical equipment,scientization of managing judgement and sustainability development of coal mining.
