摘 要:基于Ls-Dyna有限元仿真平台建立准高速(160 km/h)运行条件下受流器通过第三轨端部弯头及轨缝错牙区域的有限元模型,分析不同运行速度、不同结构参数对受流器靴轨冲击振动响应的影响规律。研究结果表明,增大受流器系统阻尼是改善碰撞冲击响应的最佳手段。为进一步探究系统阻尼对准高速运行条件下常态振动工况的影响规律,基于MATLAB\Simulink平台建立受流器多体动力学模型,计算结果表明,合理增加受流器系统阻尼,可有效提高准高速运行条件下受流器滑靴与第三轨的匹配性能。根据上述研究结果提出一种第三轨受流器的适应改进方案,使其能够满足160 km/h高速运行要求。Based on LS-DYNA software,the finite element model of third rail current collector passing through third rail ends and rail joint gap under the quasi high speed(160 km/h)is completed,the influences of different speed and structural parameters on the impact vibration response of the collector shoe and third rail are analyzed.The result shows that increasing the damping of the current collector system is the best way to improve the impact response.In order to further explore how the current collector damping influence the normal vibration condition under quasi high speed,a multi-body dynamic model of current collector is established based on MATLAB\Simulink platform.The calculation results shows:by increasing the damping of the current collector system reasonably,the matching performance between collector and third rail can be effectively improved.According to the above research results,an adaptive improvement scheme of the third rail current collector is proposed to meet the requirements of high-speed condition.
