摘 要:遗传学实验课一直是各高校生命科学专业本科生的一门主干基础课程。随着现代生物学的迅速发展,许多学科的新技术和新思路融入遗传学研究。因此,遗传学实验课的教学理念需与现代生物学的科研训练方式相接轨。通过“慕课”“微课”等现代教学手段,扩展课程容量,使线上线下学习有机结合,为深度开放实验课程打下了良好的基础。实验课程内容除了涵盖学科的基本概念和基本技术训练之外,还应引入科研理念与科研环节,以便更好地培养学生的综合实践能力。The genetic experiment course has always been a main basic course for undergraduates of life sciences.With the rapid development of modern biology,many new technologies and ideas from different disciplines have been integrated into the research of genetics.Thus,the teaching ideas of genetic experiment must keep up with the scientific research training methods of modern biology.By means of modern pedagogical methods such as“MOOC”,“Micro-course”,etc.,the discipline knowledge and curriculum capacity are expanded flexibly.Students could learn both online and offline,laying a theoretical foundation for in-depth open experimental classes.In addition to the basic knowledge and basic technical training of genetics,the content of the experimental course should introduce the concepts and links of practical scientific research so as to better train students’comprehensive practical ability.
