摘　　要：高校实验用房长期存在用房紧张却又利用率不高、闲置严重等现象,其主要原因是需求导向、统建统分和管用脱节、粗放管理等。该文提出高校需要从加强内部治理和提升治理能力的高度,立足全局、综合施策、稳步推进实验用房改革。在增加有效供给的同时,严格依法依规管理,制定用房标准和关键绩效指标体系,通过分类指导和集成整合,实现动态调整,提高用房效率和管理效能。For a long time,there have been many problems in the experimental rooms of colleges and universities,such as the shortage of rooms,the low utilization rate,the serious idleness,etc.The main reasons are the unclear demand orientation,separation of unified construction and management,extensive management,etc.This paper puts forward that colleges and universities should strengthen the internal governance and enhance the governance ability,based on the overall situation,comprehensively implement policies and steadily promote the reform of experimental housing.While the effective supply is increased,strict management is carried out according to laws and regulations,housing standards and key performance index system are formulated,the dynamic adjustment through classified guidance and integration is realized,and the efficiency of housing utilization and management is improved.
