摘 要:为提高柔性制造系统中装配线效率,将作业时间设为服从正态分布的独立随机变量,提出了双U型装配线优先权值平衡方法。考虑流水线设备入口侧和出口侧的特点,将产品装配优先关系图改进为正、反双向关系图,编程计算任务正、反双向优先权值。建立随机作业时间的双U型装配线平衡模型,结合实验算例,运用启发式算法对模型进行求解,得到随机双U型装配线平衡的分配方案,方案平衡率达到92.4%,平滑系数为8.57,工作站减少1个,分配方案效果优良,验证了随机双U型装配线优先权值平衡方法的优越性。In order to improve the assembling efficiency of the flexible manufacturing systems,task times were assumed to be independent stochastic variables,which obey normal distribution,and a double Ushaped assembly line balancing method using priority value was proposed. The precedence relationships diagram was divided into a forward direction and a backward direction precedence relationship diagram,and both forward and backward priority values were calculated by programming,since the assembly line includes the entrance side and the exit side. A double U-shaped assembly line balance model considering the random task times was built,and the model was solved by using heuristic algorithm in the experimental examples. Using the proposed method,the efficiency of the assembly line is calculated to be 92.4%,the smoothness index is calculated to be 8.57,and the number of workstations is reduced by one. The results show that the distribution scheme is excellent,and the superiority of the proposed method was verified.
