摘  要:为了实现杂交稻低播量精密育秧,本文设计了基于嵌入式机器视觉的检测和控制装置。该装置实时采集秧盘播种后的种子图像,通过图像处理分析获取了播种量信息,与设定的播种量作对比,得到了播种量偏差值,根据偏差值调节供种排种轮转速,实现了播种量的智能闭环控制,保证了恒量精密播种。试验结果表明,本装置对每幅秧盘图像的平均处理时间为4.016 s,播种量检测的平均准确率可达到98.13%,在500盘/h的生产率下,可以满足实时在线检测需求。通过低播量(40 g/盘和50 g/盘)试验,验证了嵌入式机器视觉杂交稻低播种量检测的准确性和调控装置的有效性。To realize precision seedling with low seeding quantity,a hybrid rice seeding detection and control device utilizing embedded machine vision technology was developed.First,the device collects the seed images in real time.Second,the images are processed and analyzed to obtain the seeding quantity.Third,the detected seeding quantity is compared with the seeding quantity set by users to obtain the deviation.Finally,the device adjusts the speed of the seeding wheel to regulate the seeding quantity according to the deviation.The experimental results show that it costs about 4.016 seconds to process an image,and the average accuracy for seeding quantity detection is up to 98.13%at the productivity of 500 trays per hour.When the seeding quantities of the seeding production line are set to 40 g/tray and 50 g/tray respectively,the device has the capability of automatically regulating the seeding quantity.
