摘 要:对电网工程造价项目的物流成本进行有效控制,可最大限度地降低工程造价的总成本,提高电网工程造价的经济效益。本文以2020年某电网全寿命周期工程造价项目物流成本最小为目标,提出了改进蚁群算法的工程造价项目物流工期--成本优化模型,通过与改进自适应权重方法结合,将工期、成本两个目标综合成单目标,采用改进蚁群算法找出最优解。通过实例计算验证,结果表明,该方法可以有效地确定具有实用价值的解,且具有较高的全局寻优能力和搜索效率,适用于电网工程造价项目物流成本优化问题的求解。Effective control of the logistics costs of the power grid engineering cost project can minimize the total cost,and improve the economic efficiency of it.This paper regards the minimal logistics cost of the power grid engineering cost project in the total life cycle as goal,and puts forward the project logistics time-cost trade-off optimization model based on improved ant colony algorithm.This model integrates the two objectives of time and cost into a single objective in terms of adaptive weight approach,and this approach is applied to ant colony algorithm to search for solutions.The result of the case study indicates that this approach is very effective for determining practical solutions,and has strong global searching ability and efficiency.So the model is very suitable for solving the problem of power grid engineering cost project logistics cost optimization.
