摘 要:运用文献资料法、案例研究法、逻辑分析法等,以2019年世界篮联篮球世界杯赛上“周琦发边线球失误”这个体育明星公关危机案例为切入点,同时结合布迪厄的符号资本理论剖析我国体育明星公关危机的应对策略。认为:通过提升重塑自身形象能力,珍惜符号资本;努力提高个人竞技水平,厚植符号资本;与大众媒体建立良好关系,维持符号资本;积极投身公益性事业及活动,提升符号资本;主动尝试不同领域跨越,延拓符号资本等途径,可为今后体育明星应对公关危机提供策略参考。By using the methods of literature reviews,case study and logical analysis,this paper takes the case of“Zhou Qifa's side ball error”in the World Basketball League World Cup in 2019 as the breakthrough point,and analyzes the coping strategies of sports stars'public relations crisis combined with Bourdieu's symbolic capital theory.The results show that:through improving the ability to reshape their own image,cherish the symbol capital;strive to improve the level of individual competition,thick plant symbol capital;establish good relations with the mass media to maintain the symbol capital;actively participate in public welfare undertakings and activities to enhance the symbol capital;actively try to cross different fields and extend the symbol capital,which can help and provide a strategic reference for sports stars cope with the public relations crisis in the future.
