我国体育职业教育集团化办学的思考

摘　　要：结合当前全国职业教育深化教育教学改革发展形势,分析了体育职业教育走集团化办学的必要性。指出:“举国体制”下体育行业积累了明显的职业教育资源优势,也面临招生困难,培养质量和效益低下等问题,走体育职业教育集团化办学之路有利于深化体育高职教育教学改革;有利于提高体育职业人才培养质量;有利于促进公共体育服务体系建设。可采取“政府主导”的集团化模式,在实现两个一体化:即中、高职(或专、本科)衔接贯通一体化;奥林匹克体育园区(或大型体育场馆等体育产业园区)、高职院校园融合一体化,做好招生、科研技术和社会培训服务等双赢点的合作,产生最大效益。Based on the current situation of deepening the reform and development of vocational education in China,this paper analyzes the necessity of running a school in a group way.It points out that the sports industry under the“whole nation system”has accumulated obvious advantages in vocational education resources,but also faces problems such as difficulties in enrollment,low training quality and low efficiency.Taking the way of group running of sports vocational education is conducive to deepening the teaching reform of sports in higher vocational education,improving the training quality of sports vocational talents,and promoting the construction of public sports service system.The“government led”collectivization mode can be adopted to achieve two integrations:the integration of middle and higher vocational schools(or colleges and universities);the integration of Olympic Sports Park(or sports industrial park such as large stadiums and stadiums)and campus of higher vocational colleges,and the cooperation of win-win points such as enrollment,scientific research technology and social training services,so as to produce the maximum benefit.
