摘　　要：影像组学能够深度挖掘肿瘤影像的异质特征,对肿瘤的临床诊断和综合治疗提供决策支持,是实现肿瘤精准医疗的一种重要研究方法。本文通过回顾相关研究,介绍了影像组学在乳腺癌的诊断、分子分型、化疗评价和预后分析方面的应用研究进展,以及乳腺癌影像组学研究面临的问题和挑战,为我们团队继续开展乳腺癌影像组学方面的研究做准备。Radiomics is an important research method to realize precision medicine,which can deeply explore the heterogeneous characteristics of tumors imaging and provide decision support for clinical diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of tumors.Based on the review of relevant studies,this paper introduces the application research progress of radiomics in the diagnosis,molecular typing,chemotherapy evaluation and prognosis analysis of breast cancer,as well as the problems and challenges faced by the research of breast cancer radiomics,so as to make preparation for our team to continue the research on breast cancer radiomics.
