浅谈产教融合下的酒店管理专业“双师型”教师队伍培养

摘　　要：产教融合背景下,酒店管理专业要想实现创新发展,必须提高对于“双师型”教师队伍的培养力度,着力打造一支兼具深厚专业功底与良好综合实践能力的教师队伍,进而实现专业教学水平的切实提升,增强自身综合办学竞争力,提高知名度与美誉度,完成品牌建设。然而,当前酒店管理专业对于“双师型”教师队伍尚未形成全面认知,因而在具体的培养实践之中,仍然存在着诸多问题与不足。为此,本文主要对这些问题进行分析,阐明其主要成因,探讨酒店管理专业有效在产教融合背景下展开“双师型”教师队伍培养的具体策略,旨在提供具备一定参考意义的借鉴。Under the background of the integration of industry and education, in order to realize the innovative development of hotel management specialty, we must improve the cultivation of "double teacher" teachers, strive to build a teacher team with profound professional foundation and good comprehensive practice ability, and then realize the practical improvement of professional teaching level, enhance the competitiveness of their comprehensive school running, improve their popularity and reputation, and complete brand building. However, at present, the hotel management specialty has not formed a comprehensive understanding of the "double type" of teachers, so there are still many problems and deficiencies in the specific training practice. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes these problems, expounds the main causes, and discusses the specific training of the "double type" of teachers in the context of the effective integration of production and education in the hotel management specialty. The purpose of the strategy is to provide some reference.
