法治融入高职院校学生资助育人工作的方法研究

摘　　要：资助育人是高职院校在贯彻国家资助政策过程中,给家庭经济困难学生提供相应的物质帮助的同时运用有效的教育方法帮助学生健康成长、学业有成。目前,我国关于高职院校学生资助育人工作的研究起步较晚,研究基础较薄弱,研究视角主要集中于教育学、管理学、经济学等学科,从法治的视角研究高职院校学生资助育人工作还处于较为薄弱的阶段。文章在分析高职院校学生资助育人的现状及法治的重要作用的基础上,提出了在高职院校学生资助育人工作中渗透法治的方法。Subsidizing and educating people is the process of higher vocational colleges carrying out the national subsidizing policy,to provide appropriate material help for students with financial difficulties,while using effective educational methods to help students grow up healthily and achieve academic success.At present,the research on higher vocational college student financial aid education started late in our country.The research base is weak,and the research perspective mainly focuses on pedagogy,management,economics and other discipline.From the perspective of rule of law,the study of student financial aid in higher vocational colleges is still in a relatively weak stage.Based on the analysis of the current situation of higher vocational college students’financial aid and the important role of the rule of law,this paper puts forward the method of infiltrating the rule of law into the work of student financial aid and education in higher vocational colleges.
