摘　　要：高校实验室是推动科学技术进步,促进国民经济增长的重要阵地。二级学院建设科研共享平台是学院结合培养应用型人才的重要举措,并取得了较大的社会效益,增强了科研竞争力。笔者回顾医学高等院校二级科研共享平台的建设过程和取得的社会效益,总结建设经验,并针对运行中出现的问题及难点,探索从实验室管理手段、管理制度和管理队伍上进行创新和实践。University laboratory is an important position to promote the progress of science and technology and promote the growth of the national economy.The construction of scientific research sharing platform in secondary colleges is an important measure to cultivate applied talents,which has achieved great social benefits and enhanced the competitiveness of scientific research.The author reviewed the construction process and social benefits of secondary scientific research sharing platform in medical colleges and universities,summarized the construction experience,and explored the innovation and practice from laboratory management means,management system and management team in view of the problems and difficulties in operation.
