高校辅导员谈心谈话实效提升的路径探究

摘　　要：谈心谈话是高校辅导员工作的基础和重要抓手。无论是新时代下的思想政治教育工作需求,还是当代学生的特点,都对辅导员谈心谈话提出了更高的要求。在实际工作中,辅导员谈心谈话存在一些共性的问题,也确实影响了谈心谈话的实效。对此,文章探究通过共情、主人翁赋能,运用心理咨询方法、日常积累等途径,提升辅导员谈心谈话实效。Heart to heart talk is the basis and important starting point of College Counselors’work.Whether it is the needs of ideological and political education in the new era,or the characteristics of contemporary students,counselors have put forward higher requirements for heart to heart talk.In practical work,there are some common problems in the heart to heart talk among counselors,which also affect the effectiveness of heart to heart talk.In this regard,this paper explores ways to improve the effectiveness of counselors’heart to heart talk through empathy,empowerment of the master,the use of psychological counseling methods,daily accumulation and other ways.
