新型冠状病毒肺炎背景下实习护生焦虑和应对方式对专业认同的影响

摘　　要：目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间实习护生心理、应对方式对专业认同的影响。方法:将焦虑自评量表、简易应对方式问卷和护士专业认同量表制作成问卷星,于2020年1月-3月对某三甲医院实习护生230人进行调查。结果:农村护生较城市护生有着更高的焦虑(P<0.05)。护生焦虑、应对方式与专业认同感具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎背景下,针对护生的心理状况,采取积极地应对方式,有利于提高护生的专业认同感。Objective:To understand the impact of psychology and coping style of nursing students on professional identity during internship in the context of COVID-19.Methods:The self-rating anxiety scale,the simple coping style questionnaire and the professional Identity scale for nurses were developed into the questionnaire star.From January to March,2020,230 nursing students in a grade A hospital were investigated.Results:Rural nursing students had higher anxiety than urban nursing students(P<0.05).Nursing students'anxiety,coping style and professional identity were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the background of COVID-19,positive coping styles are conducive to improving the professional identity of nursing students according to their psychological status.
