摘　　要：目的:探究TICL植入术对角膜散光疗效及对术后稳定性、视觉质量的影响。方法:选取在本院行TICL植入术治疗的110例(174眼)高度近视合并散光的患者为研究对象,所有患者行TICL植入术,随访时间为12个月。以UCVA、BCVA、散光值变化为指标评价治疗有效性;以术后不同时期患眼的屈光度变化、术后不同时期人工晶体轴位的旋转角度变化为指标判断手术治疗的稳定性。结果:术后患眼的UCVA、BCVA均明显高于术前(P<0.05),术后患眼的散光值较术前明显减小(P<0.05);与术前相比,术后患眼的屈光度均明显减小(P<0.05);以术后第1天的人工晶体轴位为基准,术后患眼植入的人工晶体的旋转度数均明显减小(P<0.05);与术前相比,术后患者的角膜内皮细胞数、眼压、拱高值的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高度近视合并角膜散光患者接受TICL植入术矫正治疗后,视力明显提高,视觉质量明显改善,且术后稳定性良好,具有良好的临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of TICL implantation on corneal astigmatism,postoperative stability and visual quality.Methods A total of 110 cases(174eyes)of high myopia with astigmatism who were treated with TICL implantation in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as subjects.All patients were treated with TICL implantation and followed up for 12 months.The effectiveness of treatment was evaluated by the changes of UCVA,BCVA and astigmatism,and the stability of surgical treatment was judged by the changes of diopter and axial rotation angle of intraocular lens in different periods after operation.Results The UCVA and BCVA of the eyes after operation were significantly higher than those before operation,the astigmatism of the eyes after operation was significantly lower than that before operation,the diopter of eyes after operation was significantly lower than that before operation,and the rotation degree of IOL implanted in the eyes after operation was significantly decreased based on the axial position of IOL on the first day after operation.Compared with those before operation,there was no significant difference in the number of corneal endothelial cells,intraocular pressure and arch height after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions After the correction of high myopia with corneal astigmatism with TICL implantation,the visual acuity is significantly improved,the visual quality is significantly improved,and the postoperative stability is good,which has a good clinical value.
