甘肃高等教育参与“一带一路”建设的SWOT分析

摘　　要：甘肃高等教育中亚背景学科平台数量较多,“一带一路”背景人才培养初具规模,以中亚研究为特色的科学研究起步较早,“一带一路”国际交流平台建设初具成效,发挥优势,积极培养非通用语人才、工程技术人才和医学人才。打造中亚研究世界品牌,顺势与中亚国家共建研究中心、技术转移中心、农业科技园区、技术推广示范基地扩大技术输出和合作,把甘肃高等教育参与“一带一路”建设的方向纳入国家“一带一路”总体规划中,使甘肃高等教育参与“一带一路”建设的行动在中亚地区开花结果。There are significant advantages in Gansu Higher Education as larger number of discipline platforms, well-developed talent training mechanism, early starts of scientific research about Central Asia and the effectiveness of the belt and road international communicative platform. It should take the advantages to cultivate Non-Lingua Franca talents, engineering talents and medical talents. Gansu Higher Education should also take the advantage of Central Asia Study to forge the world class brand of Central Asia Study by building the Central Asian research center, the technology transfer center, the agricultural science and technology park and the technology extension demonstration bases. The expansion of technology export and cooperation will bring Gansu Higher Education into the "the Belt and Road" construction plan, and the construction of the Belt and Road is bearing fruit in Central Asia.
