摘 要:为了提高南方小地块播种作业的精度、效率和自动化程度,设计了单行玉米电动播种控制系统。播种机行进动力源为交流电机,排种器采用直流电机驱动,通过种管监测探头监测播种作业状况,微处理器作为排种控制和监测的核心,通过速度传感器实时采集机具速度,根据机具速度调节排种电机的转速,改变播种速率。系统试验表明,播种株距合格率>95.3%,误报警率为2%,报警最大响应时间为0.3 s。该系统不采用机车作为动力源,节能减排,减少环境污染,机架结构简单,两人即可完成播种作业,提高作业灵活性和效率。For improving precision,efficiency and automatic degree of sowing work in the south small land,the motor-driven control system of single-row corn and soybean seeder was studied.The seeder was driven to move by AC motor.The brush type seeder was driven by DC motor,the sowing status was monitored by the seed flow sensor.MCUS were the core of control and monitor system.MCU collected the seeder velocity,and regulated the sowing motor rotation rate,so sowing speed was changed.The experimental result showed,the plant distance qualification rate was more than 95.3%,the false alarm rate was 2%,the max response time of alarm was 0.3 s.The seeder was not dragged by the tractor,for energy-saving and emission-reduction,reducing environmental pollution.The frame structure was simple,and two operators could conduct sowing operation,which improved operation flexibility and working efficiency.
