摘  要:为探讨环境因子对鄱阳湖沉积物氮内源释放的影响,选取鄱阳湖湖心区45^#、非湖心区54^#两个不同站位的底泥沉积物,采用室内模拟实验,探究温度与扰动对鄱阳湖沉积物氮向上覆水体释放过程的影响。结果表明,当温度由5℃升至40℃时,底泥溶解性总氮(TDN-N)和氨态氮(NH4^+-N)向上覆水体释放量增大,而温度对沉积物硝态氮(NO3^--N)的释放无影响;适当的扰动有助于沉积物释放TDN-N与NO3^--N,而NH4^+-N的释放量与扰动强度呈负相关关系。研究表明,温度升高有利于鄱阳湖沉积物氮内源释放,而水力扰动的影响则与扰动强度密切相关。In order to better understand the impact of environmental factors on the endogenous release of nitrogen in the sediments of Poyang Lake, sediment deposits at two different stations in the lake-core area(45#) and non-lake-core area(54#) of Poyang Lake are selected to explore the influences of temperature and disturbance on nitrogen release from sediments to overlying water through the laboratory simulation experiments. The results indicate that the release of total dissolved nitrogen(TDN-N) and ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N) from the sediment to overlying water increase when temperature increases from 5 ℃ to 40 ℃, while there is no connection between the release of nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N) and temperature. Appropriate disturbance contributes to the release of TDN-N and NO3--N from sediments, while the release of NH4+-N is negatively correlated with disturbance intensity. Studies have shown that the increase of temperature is beneficial to the endogenous release of nitrogen from the sediments of Poyang Lake, and the influence of hydraulic disturbance is closely related to the disturbance intensity.
