摘　　要：采用GPS、GPRS和GIS技术开发智能车辆定位追踪系统,实现车辆的动态定位,并且能够在液晶显示屏OLED上准确显示GPS定位信息,包括经纬度、定位状态等。同时GSM模块将定位信息通过GPRS网络传递给监控中心,并且能够将位置直接在电子地图上显示出来,为机动车辆的管理提供了较好的参考。The intelligent vehicle positioning and tracking system is developed by using GPS,GPRS and GIS technologies to realize the dynamic positioning of the vehicle and accurately display GPS positioning information,including longitude,latitude and positioning state,on the LCD display.At the same time,GSM module transmits the location information to the monitoring center through GPRS network,and can display the location directly on the electronic map,which provides a good reference for the management of motor vehicles.
