摘　　要：为了简化控制系统的过程,将原有的上位机(START软件)、PLC、Sinamics S120三层结构简化成上位机(博途软件)、Sinamics S120两层结构,本论文将详细阐述运用TIA博途软件实现与Sinamics S120 直接组态关联并测试伺服电机的性能,实现伺服电机向前、向后、向前点动、向后点动的测试。In order to simplify the process of the control system,the PC software(START)of the original three layer structure,PLC,Sinamics s120 simplified into PC software(Po road),Sinamics s120 two layer structure,this paper will detail using Po road TIA portal V15 with Sinamics s120 configuration associated with direct connection and test the performance of the servo motor,servo motor forward,backward,inching forward and backward point test.
