摘　　要：新中国成立70多年来,我国居民的疾病模式发生了深刻的变化,以恶性肿瘤为代表的慢性非传染性疾病在死因中的构成比逐年上升,严重威胁人民的健康和生命。1986年,湖南省肿瘤防治研究办公室成立,按照"预防为主、防治结合、因病施策、精准防治"的原则,系统推进肿瘤防治,开展癌症筛查、早诊早治等系列工作,积极实践全民健康战略,取得了较好的成绩。The Hunan Provincial Cancer Prevention and Control Research Office was established in 1986. Since then in accordance with the principle of "prevention first,combined prevention and treatment,disease-specific policy,and precise prevention and treatment",the office has systematically promoted cancer prevention,carried out cancer screening,early diagnosis and early treatment programs,actively implemented the national health strategy and achieved good results.
