摘　　要：[目的]分析研究广东省中山市1970―2015年结直肠癌发病概况。[方法]收集整理广东省中山市1970―2015年结直肠癌发病资料,统计分析其发病数、粗率、标化率和年龄别率等指标。[结果]1970―2015年广东省中山市结直肠癌发病7826例,发病中标率、世标率分别为10.21/10万、13.46/10万,男性发病高于女性,结肠癌发病高于直肠癌。期间中山市结直肠癌发病明显上升,男性上升较女性明显,结肠癌上升较直肠癌明显。期间中山市结直肠癌发病35岁左右开始上升,75~79岁达高峰,不同时段年龄别发病模式相同,50岁以上人群发病明显上升。[结论]1970―2015年广东省中山市结直肠癌发病明显上升,且近期发病位于全球中高水平,提示中山市应加强结直肠癌防治。[Purpose]To analyze the incidence of colorectal cancer in Zhongshan,Guangdong Province from 1970 to 2015.[Methods]The incident data of colorectal cancer in Zhongshan from1970 to 2015 were collected.The crude rates,age standardized rate(ASR)and age-specific rate were calculated and analyzed.[Results]There were 7826 new colorectal cancer cases in Zhongshan from 1970 to 2015,the ASRs by Chinese standard population and by world standard population were 10.21/105 and 13.46/105,respectively.The incidence in males was higher than that in females,and the incidence of colon cancer was higher than that of rectal cancer.During the period,the incidence of colorectal cancer increased significantly,and incidence in males increased more markedly than that in females,and the incidence of colon cancer increased more significantly than that of rectal cancer.Moreover,the age-specific incidence of colorectal cancer increased from 35 years old,peaked at 75~79 years old,with the same age-specific incident patterns in different periods,and the incidence rose remarkably for the those aged over 50 years old.[Conclusion]Colorectal cancer incidence in Zhongshan increased significantly from 1970 to 2015,and it is at middle-high level worldwide recently,which suggests that the prevention and control of colorectal cancer in Zhongshan should be enhanced.
