参芪活血方对系统性硬皮病患者外周血中CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞含量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参芪活血方对系统性硬皮病(SSc)患者外周血中CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞含量的影响,探讨该方对系统性硬皮病患者治疗效果的原因,为中医药治疗提供科学依据。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月在该院就诊的门诊和住院SSc患者112例,经过基线数据分析,按随机数字表法纳入中药治疗组,其中女84例,男28例。另取84例初次诊断、未治疗的SSc患者纳入疾病对照组,其中女42例,男42例。选择体检健康者纳入健康对照组,共562例,其中女202例,男360例。检测以上各组的流式细胞水平,对治疗组分别于治疗前和服药治疗8周后进行检测外周血中CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞的含量。结果疾病对照组、中药治疗组外周血中CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞的显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);中药治疗组外周血CD4^+T细胞的含量显著高于疾病对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD8^+T细胞的含量略有升高。中药治疗后外周血中CD4^+明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD8^+略有降低。结论SSc患者存在外周血CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞含量的改变。SSc患者活动度及严重程度越高,其外周CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞的比例越高。实验表明,参芪活血方联合肤康胶囊治疗SSc对患者的体液免疫及T细胞介导的免疫反应有一定的调节作用,对SSc患者外周血CD4^+、CD8^+降低有明显作用。证实了参芪活血方联合肤康胶囊通过对外周血免疫细胞平衡的调节,进而影响到细胞因子的表达水平,促使机体的免疫功能达到新的动态平衡,从而发挥改善SSc患者临床症状的治疗作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Huoxue recipe on the content of CD4^+and CD8^+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with systemic scleroderma(systemic scleroderma,SSc),and to explore the reasons for the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Huoxue recipe on patients with systemic scleroderma.To provide scientific basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 112 patients with SSc in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected.After baseline data analysis,they were included in the TCM treatment group according to the random number table method,including 84 females and 28 males.In addition,84 patients with primary diagnosis and untreated SSC were included in the disease control group,including 42 females and 42 males.A total of 562 healthy people were enrolled in the healthy control group,including 202 females and 360 males.The levels of flow cytometry were detected in the above groups.The levels of CD4^+and CD8^+T cells in peripheral blood of the treatment group were detected before and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The levels of CD4^+and CD8^+T cells in peripheral blood of disease control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were significantly higher than those of healthy control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the content of CD4^+T cells in peripheral blood of TCM treatment group was significantly higher than that of disease control group,the difference was statistically significant,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the content of CD8^+T cells was slightly increased.After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,CD4^+in peripheral blood decreased significantly,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and CD8 decreased slightly.Conclusion There are changes of CD4^+and CD8^+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with SSc.The higher the activity and severity of SSc patients,the higher the proportion of peripheral CD4^+and CD8^+T cells.The results showed that Shenqi Huoxue recipe Co
