摘　　要：目的本研究探讨分析在临床免疫检验中使用质量控制的效果。方法在2018年1月至2019年12月2年时间内,选择428例本院收治的患者进行免疫检验,数字法随机抽取各214例,设为研究和对照两组,用质量控制的为研究组,用常规控制的为对照组,分析两组的诊断准确率以及差错率。结果研究组的诊断准确率比对照组好,差错率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在临床免疫检验中使用质量控制,可以提高免疫检验的准确率,降低检验的差错率,为临床的诊断提供有效的数据,降低误诊错诊的概率,临床价值重大。Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of quality control in clinical immunoassay.Methods:During the two years from January 2018 to December 2019,428 patients admitted to our hospital were selected for immunological examination.214 patients were randomly selected by digital method,and were set as the study group and the control group,with the quality control group as the study group.The diagnostic accuracy and error rate of the control group were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the error rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control in clinical immunoassay can improve the accuracy rate of immunoassay,reduce the error rate of immunoassay,provide effective data for clinical diagnosis,reduce the probability of misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis,and is of great clinical value.
