摘　　要：高辍学率一直是成人高等教育领域亟须面对的问题。运用CiteSpace的关键词功能明确成人高等教育辍学问题的热点及研究趋势。回顾国内外的研究成果发现,国内外的研究主要集中于影响学习者辍学的因素。目前,我国对成人高等教育辍学率问题的研究还有很多不足,综合国内外关于成人学习者辍学率的影响因素的研究,借鉴国外研究的优秀经验并结合我国的实际情况进行对策分析,从“公平保障”“因材施教”“人文关怀”“扩大参与”等四个方面提出具体的应对策略,旨在为我国降低成人高等教育辍学率的后续研究工作提供参考思路,进而推进我国成人高等教育发展。High dropout rate has always been an urgent problem in the field of adult higher education.This paper reviews the research results at home and abroad,and finds that the research at home and abroad mainly focuses on the factors that affect learners’dropping out.At present,there are many deficiencies in the research on the dropout rate of adult higher education in China.Therefore,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the dropout rate of adult learners at home and abroad,drawing on the excellent experience of foreign research and combining with the actual situation of China,and puts forward four aspects:“fair guarantee”,“individualized teaching”,“humanistic care”and“expanding participation”.The specific strategies are to provide reference ideas for the follow-up research of reducing the dropout rate of adult higher education in China,and then promote the development of adult higher education in China.
