在线教学视域下继续教育学院教学改革

摘　　要：在“互联网+”快速发展的今天,继续教育既面临机遇又不乏挑战,甚至在全国掀起的教学改革浪潮中举步维艰。在传统教学单一的教学模式、偏老龄化的教师团队的背景下,继续教育亟须紧跟深化教育改革,加快教育现代化和信息化的步伐,大力实践推广在线教育,优化师资队伍,引入优质教学资源,完善在线教育平台本地化管理。高校需坚持创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念,实现继续教育教学全方位实践转型升级,引入优质在线教育学习平台,以全新的教学模式服务广大成人学生,提高人才培养质量,更好地服务国家发展战略。In the fast development of“Internet plus”,continuing education is facing opportunities and challenges,and even has difficulty in the nationwide wave of teaching reform.In the background of the monotonous traditional teaching mode and the aging teachers’team,continuing education is in urgent need of following the steps of deepening education reform,accelerating education modernization and informatization,as well as vigorously promoting online education,optimizing teachers’team,introducing high-quality teaching resources,and improving localization management of online education platform.Based on the persistence of the development concept of innovation,coordination,sustainability,opening and sharing,our colleges and universities need strive to realize the all-round transformation and upgrading of teaching methods of continuing education,introduce quality learning platform of online education,and then serves the majority of adult students with a new teaching mode,improves the quality of personnel training,and finally provides a better service to national development strategy.
