摘　　要：张卫华教授认为火热当属原发性三叉神经痛的首要病因。对于本病的诊断当中西合参,中医辨经络、察脏腑、知病性、明传变,西医排继发、明病支,详诊察。治疗方法针药并用,针刺依照"开阖枢"理论发展而来的经络别通法和同名经穴镇痛理论指导下的选穴原则,选取"治癖气小深者"之齐刺法,疏通经络,阻断痹痛。名方清上蠲痛汤,辛苦并用,凉热同施,疏风散湿更兼升清泄热之功。Professor ZHANG Weihua believes that heat pathogen is the primary cause of primary trigeminal neuralgia.The diagnosis of this disease should refer to both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine to distinguish the channels and collaterals,examine the viscera,know the disease nature and transmissible changes;Western medicine to eliminate secondary,clear the branch of disease,detailed examination.Acupuncture follows the principle of selecting points under the guidance of the theory of "opening-closing-pivoting" and the theory of acupoint analgesia of the same name,selects the method of "The treatment of painful bi is small but deep" to relieving rigidity of muscles and activating collaterals and block pain.Qingshang Juantong decoction,a classic prescription,contains pungent and warm natured drugs,bitter and cold drugs,so it can simultaneously remove wind and moisture,lift and remove heat.
