摘　　要：数字经济时代背景下,普通工科院校经管类毕业生的就业与创业面临新的挑战。通过调研2020届经管学院毕业生就业情况,结合疫情对大学生就业的冲击,本文梳理数字经济时代普通工科院校经管类毕业生就业与创业存在的问题,有针对性地提出关于数智化人才培养与就业路径拓宽的思考与建议,以期提升普通工科院校经管类大学生的就业竞争力,同时为数字经济时代人才培养的数字化转型提供经验证据支撑。Under the background of the digital economy era,the employment and entrepreneurship of graduates of general engineering colleges and universities are facing new challenges.Through investigation and analysis of the employment situation of the graduates of the School of Economics and Management in 2020,combined with the impact of the epidemic on the employment of college students,this article sorts out the employment and entrepreneurship problems of general engineering colleges and universities in the era of digital economy,and puts forward specific questions about data Thoughts and suggestions on the cultivation of intelligent talents and the broadening of employment paths,with a view to enhancing the employment competitiveness of economic management college students in general engineering colleges.
