摘 要:目的探讨三维适形放射治疗(3DCRT)前肿瘤CT定位扫描技术的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2018年12月福建省漳州市医院收治的35例恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,所有患者均在3DCRT治疗前行CT定位扫描,观察患者影像学资料与疗效随访结果。结果35例患者中,30例(85.71%)影像学图像显示靶区定位准确,病灶与周围组织分界清晰;5例(14.29%)影像学图像显示病灶与周围组织分界欠佳,行增强CT扫描后影像学图像显示病灶与周围组织分界清晰,满足3DCRT需求;35例在放射治疗后随访1年,其中10例完全缓解,14例部分缓解,7例病情稳定,4例疾病进展,治疗总有效率为68.57%。结论恶性肿瘤患者在3DCRT放射治疗前行CT定位扫描,可清晰显示肿瘤分界,准确定位肿瘤大小及中心坐标,达到适形的效果,有助于提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the application value of CT location scanning technology of tumor before 3DCRT.Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with malignant tumors from January 2017 to December 2018 in Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province were collected retrospectively.All patients were scanned with CT before 3DCRT treatment,and the image data and follow-up results were observed.Results Among the 35 patients,30(85.71%)showed accurate target location and clear boundary between the focus and surrounding tissues;5(14.29%)showed poor boundary between the focus and surrounding tissues.After enhanced CT scanning,the boundary between the image focus and surrounding tissues was clear,meeting the needs of 3DCRT.Follow-up for 1 year showed that the total effective rate was 68.57%in 10 cases of complete remission,14 cases of partial remission,7 cases of stable condition and 4 cases of disease progression.Conclusion CT localization scan before 3DCRT radiotherapy can clearly show tumor boundary,accurately locate tumor size and central coordinate,achieve conformal effect and improve treatment effect.
