摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇注射液硬化治疗肝囊肿患者的临床效果。方法选取陆军第七十三集团军医院2016年5月至2019年3月收治的50例肝囊肿患者作为研究对象,根据手术方式的不同分为试验组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用常规腹腔镜下开窗减压术治疗,试验组采用超声引导经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇注射液硬化治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶水平及术后并发症发生情况。结果试验组治疗有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶水平及术后并发症发生率(8.00%)低于对照组(32.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇注射液硬化治疗肝囊肿患者的临床效果理想,可降低谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶水平,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous injection of absolute ethanol injection for cirrhosis of hepatic cysts.Methods Fifty patients with hepatic cysts admitted to Army 73rd Group Military Hospital from May 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into experimental group and control group according to the surgical methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional laparoscopic fenestration decompression,and the experimental group was sclerotherapy with ultrasound-guided percutaneous injection of absolute ethanol injection.The clinical efficacy,glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,alkaline phosphatase levels and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),the levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,glutamic pyruvic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase were lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications(8.00%)was lower than that of the control group(32.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound percutaneous puncture injection of absolute ethanol injection for cirrhosis of hepatic cysts has ideal clinical effect,can reduce the levels of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,alanine transaminase and alkaline phosphatase,and has high safety.
