摘　　要：造纸用水一般采用地表水和造纸回用水。地表水和造纸回用水中存在着细菌、藻类等微生物。这些微生物不除去,会造成纸机设备故障,影响纸页质量,甚至引起纸病。为此,对比分析了常用的3种杀菌剂的杀菌原理、优缺点、成本,以及所用杀菌工艺的成本和效果,并以民丰特种纸股份有限公司杀菌系统的改进为实例阐述了实际生产中杀菌工艺的选择方法,为造纸用水的杀菌处理技术提供理论基础和实践参考。Surface water and paper recycling water are generally used for paper making water.There are bacteria and algae microorganisms in surface water and paper recycling water.If the bacteria and algae microorganisms are not removed,the paper machine equipments will malfunction,the quality of paper will decline and even the paper disease will come into being.For this reason,the germicidal principles,advantages and disadvantages,costs of 3 kinds common bactericidal agents,as well as the costs and effects of the three germicidal technologies are compared and analyzed.This paper expounds how to select the sterilization technology in actual production by contrast,and illustrates with the concrete example of our company.The application research on the sterilization technology of papermaking water can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the treatment technology of paper making water in China.
