摘　　要：高校女子足球队是培养高层次女子足球后备人才的重要组织,对于目前高校女子足球发展现状进行总结分析,通过文献资料分析法和逻辑分析法,对高校女子足球队伍建设情况进行研究分析,找出阻碍高校女子足球队后备人才发展的相关因素,针对问题制订解决方案,建立高校女子足球队后备人才建设与发展的策略,确保高校输出高质量、高层次的女子足球后备人才。The women’s soccer team in colleges and universities is an important organization of training high-level women’s football reserve talent.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of women’s football in colleges and universities.Through literature analysis and logical analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the construction of women football teams in colleges and universities,and finds out the related factors that hinder the development of reserve talents in women football teams in colleges and universities.To make solutions to the problems and establish strategies for the construction and development of reserve talents for women football teams in colleges and universities,so as to ensure the output of high quality and high-level reserve talents for women football teams.
