摘　　要：国家提出的"全民健身计划"发展战略,把增强人民体质,促进健康水平作为目标,足以看出对体育运动的重视,随着互联网时代到来,网络环境下的体育教学改革势在必行,要做到与时俱进,注重创新,激活体育教学活力。因此,本文通过介绍"互联网+"的定义,分析"互联网+"对高职体育教学的积极作用,最后研究"互联网+"背景下高职体育教学改革的途径。The development strategy of"national fitness plan"put forward by the state takes strengthening people’s physique and promoting people’s health level as the goal,which is enough to show the importance attached to sports and sports.With the advent of the Internet era,the reform of physical education in the network environment is imperative.We should keep pace with the times,pay attention to innovation and activate the vitality of physical education.Therefore,by introducing the definition of"Internet+",this paper analyzes the positive effect of"Internet+"on higher vocational physical education,and finally studies the approaches to the reform of higher vocational physical education under the background of"Internet+".
