高职院校体育教学技能训练中微格教学法的应用

摘　　要：微格教学法是一种全新的教学理念,高职院校体育教学过程中利用微格教学法可以让学生在轻松愉悦的氛围中学习,并且能够更好地运用知识、理解知识,改善我国高职院校体育教学中的问题,提升体育教学的效率,对大学生体育技能训练的兴趣及主动性也有所提高,是值得推广的有效体育教学方法,为我国高职院校体育教学的发展提供了保障。本文先对微格教学法在现阶段高职院校的体育课程教学实践中的应用意义进行分析,并就此教学方法的应用实践,提出个人的观点与认识,以供参考。Microteaching is a new teaching concept.In the process of physical education in higher vocational colleges,microteaching can make students study in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere,and can make better use of knowledge,understand knowledge,improve the problems in physical education in higher vocational colleges,improve the efficiency of physical education,as well as the interest and initiative in physical skill training of college students.The improvement is an effective physical education teaching method worthy of promotion,which provides a guarantee for the development of physical education in higher vocational colleges.This paper firstly analyzes the application significance of micro-teaching method in the teaching practice of physical education course in higher vocational colleges at present,and discusses the personal viewpoint and understanding of the application practice of this teaching method for reference.
