翻转课堂教学法在高校体育课程中的应用研究

摘　　要：翻转课堂在体育教学中的应用也将是未来高校体育课程发展的方向。线上学习能够更充分、更精确、更科学地讲解体育相关的理论知识以及运动中的技术要领,学生可以利用零散的时间完成体育课的理论学习。教师将宝贵的课堂时间,用于体育运动的实践指导,这样可以更充分地提高课堂有效性。新时期,作为高校体育教师一定要积极学习互联网在教学中的应用。利用好现在信息技术的成果,将其与课堂教学有机会合。通过翻转课堂教学法的应用,围绕教学主线使课内、课外、线上、线下共同开展,全面提升高校体育课程的教学有效性。As the reform of physical education in Colleges and universities,we must make full use of the achievements of scientific and technological development,so as to comprehensively improve the teaching effect.The application of flipped classroom in physical education teaching will also be the direction of the development of physical education courses in colleges and universities in the future.Online learning can explain sports related theoretical knowledge and technical essentials more fully,accurately and scientifically.Students can use scattered time to complete the theoretical learning of physical education.Teachers will use valuable classroom time for the practical guidance of sports,which can improve the effectiveness of the classroom more fully.In the new era,physical education teachers in colleges and universities must actively study the application of the Internet in teaching.Make good use of the achievements of information technology and combine them with classroom teaching.Through the application of flipped classroom teaching method,around the main line of teaching,we can make in class,extracurricular,online and offline joint development,and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.
