摘　　要：随着"一带一路"战略的深入推进,国际社会对中医药的关注日益增加,中医药知识产权保护的薄弱现状即被凸显,究其原因与中医药知识产权文化建设的缺失有密不可分的关系。中医药高校作为中医药知识产权创造的重要力量,在校园文化建设中要注重中医药特色的知识产权文化建设,实践中可以通过观念形态、环境形态以及制度形态这3个维度进行全方位建设,从而提升师生中医药知识产权理念、促进中医药知识产权创造、提升中医药在国际社会的价值与地位,推动中医药为世界卫生事业的发展做出更大贡献。With the deepening of the"The Belt and Road Initiative"strategy,the international community is paying more and more attention to Chinese medicine,and the weak status of intellectual property protection of Chinese medicine has been revealed.The reason is closely related to the lack of construction of intellectual property culture of Chinese medicine.As an important force in the creation of intellectual property rights of traditional Chinese medicine,the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine should pay attention to the construction of intellectual property culture with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the construction of campus culture.It is recommended to carry out all-round construction from the following three dimensions:concept form,environmental form and institutional form.The construction of intellectual property culture of traditional Chinese medicine in universities is helpful to enhance the concept of intellectual property rights of teachers and students,to promote the creation of intellectual property rights of traditional Chinese medicine,to enhance the value and status of traditional Chinese medicine in the international community,and to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine for the world health cause.
