健妇胶囊中阿魏酸含量测定方法的改进

摘　　要：目的:改进健妇胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用5%碳酸钠溶液代替乙醚作为新的供试品提取溶剂,运用高效液相色谱法,以SHARPSIL-H C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(35∶65)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL·min^-1,检测波长为322 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:测得阿魏酸在0.02~0.48μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1.0000);平均回收率为91.3%,RSD为1.3%(n=6);运用改进后的提取方法的测定结果约为原方法结果的3倍。结论:改进后的方法遵循化合物的性质,较原方法更简便、快速、准确。Obstract To improve the method of determination of ferulic acid in Jianfu capsule.Mwthods sing 5%sodium carbonate solution instead of ether as a new extraction solvent,andtheHigh Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)analysis was carried out onSHARPSIL-H C18(250mm×4.6m,5μm)columnwith methanol-1%acetic acid(35∶65)as the mobile phase eluted at the flow rate of 0.8mL·min^-1.Thedetection wavelength was set at 322 nm and the column temperature was set at 30℃.Results Ferulic acid showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.02-0.48μg(r=1.0000).Average recovery was 91.3%,and RSD was 1.3%(n=6).The result of the improved extraction method is about 3 times of the original method.Conclusion The improved method follows the properties of the compound.Compared with the original method,it is simpler,faster and more accurate.
