摘 要:分别采用气氛压力烧结(GPS)和热等静压烧结(HIPS)制备氮化硅陶瓷球,研究烧结方式对氮化硅陶瓷球性能、孔隙度和显微结构的影响。结果表明:热等静压烧结与气氛压力烧结相比,密度、硬度、断裂韧性等性能平均数值差别不明显,压碎载荷比明显提高;HIPS陶瓷球性能的离散度和截面孔隙度明显小于GPS陶瓷球,均匀性明显优于GPS陶瓷球。原因为热等静压能够促进烧结致密化,获得更均匀的柱状β-Si 3N 4晶粒,提高组织的均匀性。The Si 3N 4 ceramic balls are prepared by gas pressure sintering(GPS)and hot isostatic pressing sintering(HIPS)respectively.The effects of sintering methods on properties,porosity and microstructure of Si 3N 4 ceramic balls are studied.The results show that comparing hot isostatic pressing sintering with gas pressure sintering,the average values of density,hardness,fracture toughness and other properties are not significantly changed,and the crushing load ratio is significantly increased.The dispersion and porosity of HIPS ceramic balls are significantly lower than GPS ceramic balls,and the uniformity is significantly better than GPS ceramic balls.The reason is that the hot isostatic pressure promotes sintering densification,obtains more uniform columnarβ-Si 3N 4 grains and improves uniformity of microstructure.
