摘　　要：采用磁弹性法实现航空不锈钢关节轴承球面残余应力的快速测量和评价,通过与X射线应力检测方法进行对比,探讨2种测量方法的不确定度,以及MP值大小与球面宏观应力类型的对应关系。研究表明:典型航空不锈钢关节轴承内圈球面磨削加工后,补充回火对改善应力分布的作用不大;而常用球面终加工方法中,精研加工后球面残余应力为压应力,且应力分布均匀。The magnetoelastic method is used to measure and evaluate residual stress of spherical surface for aerospace stainless spherical plain bearings quickly.By comparing with X-ray stress detection method,the uncertainty of two measurement methods and the correspondence between MP value and macroscopic stress type of spherical surface are discussed.The research shows that after grinding of inner ring spherical surface for typical aerospace stainless spherical plain bearings,the additional tempering has little effect on improving stress distribution.In the common final machining method for spherical surface,the residual stress of spherical surface after finishing is compressive stress,and the stress distribution is uniform.
